ZIGOZAGO Artisan Wool & Fresh Fabric accepts direct bank deposit and PayPal. We also accept MasterCard and Visa Card credit card payments through our PayPal online system, should you not wish to setup a PayPal account.

ZigoZago offers a flat postage rate of $8.20 for orders up to $150. Orders over $150 are FREE within Australia.
Parcels within Australia are sent via Australia Post. If possible, we now send all of our orders in the new ‘parcel post plus‘ satchel. These parcels are trackable without needing a signature. We will email your tracking number with our shipping confirmation. You also have the option of express postage at the standard Australia Post rates. We take no responsibility for damaged or lost parcels.
We pride ourselves in fast processing times. We do our best to send parcels within 24h of your order.
Shipping within Australia can take anywhere from 2 -10 working days, depending on the destination.
We do ship overseas too! Please email us a postage quote request and we will endeavour to calculate postage to your chosen destination. Unfortunately, the US charges an extra $9 Security levy for parcels over 500g, so we will have to factor this into our postage costs.
Overseas orders are sent with airmail and take approximately 10days to arrive.
Items may be returned in perfect condition, with proof of purchase. If you wish to return your items, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. You must contact us before returning your items to discuss your concerns and the terms for return.
We do not accept returns for paper goods (patterns or books) or needles, hooks and their accessories. Please contact us if your needles or hooks are damaged. We do not take responsibility for damage during shipping (we take great care to package carefully) but if the item has a manufacturers fault we will replace the item if notified within 7 days of purchase.
